Developing a healthy lifestyle and achieving physical fitness is a personal goal for many.

The certified staff here at Ntense Workout believes that each person has their own personal goals and limits when it comes to health and fitness. Every person is motivated differently, therefore requiring unique programming that meets the needs of each individual.

Here at Ntense Workout, we are committed to provide our members with personalized services through our educated and certified staff.

We provide a friendly, non-intimidating environment to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

Personal Training

Bullet One on one training with our Certified Personal Trainers is available to our members!
Bullet We have 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions available.
Bullet We have single sessions and packages available.
Bullet The first session with the trainer will include a consultation with the client regarding their individual goals and medical risks.
Bullet This insight allows the trainer to best assist the client in reaching their goals safely and proficiently.

Complimentary Fitness Equipment Orientation
A complimentary orientation is offered to all new members upon joining. Our facility is always staffed with professionals to assist with using the correct procedure for our cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

Body Composition
Know your numbers! It is very important to be aware of your starting point when beginning any exercise program. Not only is it vital to enter your age and weight on the cardio equipment to get the most accurate heart rate during your workout; but it is also essential to measure your body fat percent and lean muscle mass to help reach your even goals faster!
