NTENSE Workout is a departure from the norm. A sanctuary from the status-quo. We’ve taken the health club rules and thrown them out.

Everthing about NTENSE is new. We’ve blended over 25 years of fitness industry knowledge with a desire to create something totally new.

The NTENSE philosophy begins with our staff, who are trained in areas such as exercise physiology, facility operations and nutrition. We employ a stringent interview process, followed by an extensive and ongoing training program. Our staff is here to support and motivate our guests and to help you get the most from each visit.

We’ve studied the mechanics of fitness and selected a suite of equipment and services that are designed to target core muscle groups and create a balance between cardiovascular conditioning
and strength training. Working out should be fun as well as rewarding.

Labor Day Weekend Hours
Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday - Monday: 8am - 12pm

 

Equipment & Services
Proper equipment is an important part of a successful weight loss or physical conditioning program. Our decision to select only the most highly rated and biomechanically-correct equipment in the industry ensures our guests a great result. We also know that keeping your workout fresh and fun is key, which is why we offer personal viewing screens with iPod connectors on all our cardio equipment.

Fitness on Request
Your next class starts now with our unique Fitness On Request video system. With just a few simple touches at our kiosk, our guests can access a wide variety of group fitness class from group cycling to kickboxing, any time of a day. The fully automated system deploys a massive 135” projection screen bringing our virtual fitness instructor to life with High Definition video and studio grade audio.
Facility Services
As a guests of NTENSE Workout, we promise you a facility that is always meticulissly cleaned and enjoyable. We have more than 10,000 square feet of member space so there is plenty of room
to stretch out.

Members have no-charge use of our innovative digi-lock lockers, which keep your private stuff secure. We also have elegantly appointed and well designed shower and changing areas.

20/20/20 – The perfect class where your hour workout is divided into (3) 20 minute segments focusing on cardio, strength training, and core stabilization.

Boxx – This class will knock you out! Develop balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance using combinations of punches and kicks!  This total body workout will get you blood flowing!

Chisel – Need an overall body tone? Chisel is the perfect class for you! A sculpting class at its best, Chisel works on toning your overall body! No matter what your trouble zone may be we will help you Chisel it away!

Cycling – An indoor cycling class consisting of a variety of speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted to raising your heart rate and toning your lower body. This powerful class focuses on cardiovascular conditioning, burning calories and increasing endurance.  This class consists of upbeat fun music to make this workout enjoyable!

Get It Girl – Join in this fun creative hip hop class! Features the latest music that anyone can enjoy dancing to. This class gives you a great workout without the “work”. No dance experience needed!

Latin Sculpt – Not only do you get to dance to Latin music to get a great cardio workout, but you also use weight training to receive an overall workout!

LGN – Want to Look Good Naked?  LGN will take your heart rate up and down to an Ntense’ity that will be sure to get you in shape. You will experience high and low cardio intervals while targeting specific areas.

Ntense – Push your cardio and muscular endurance to the next level.  You will thoroughly enjoy this boot camp experience by combining basic cardio movements with free weights!

Power Pilates – Push your Pilates to the next level with this creative and challenging class while using a variety of equipment to Ntense’ify your Pilates experience!

Rockin Abs – This ultimate class focuses on exercises for your back and abdominals.  This class will make you feel strong from the inside and out! Using a combination of Pilates and Yoga to lengthen and strengthen every muscle in your body.

The professional and experienced staff at NTENSE Workout are committed to assisting all of our guests achieve their personal fitness goals.

We incorporate the full resources of our club to ensure a balanced workout plan, complete with strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and a personal fitness assessment.
